At Hylos Wellness, we are committed to delivering our advanced recovery technology to you as safely and efficiently as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during product launches or Eid season), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in your order.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or courier delays outside of our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your Hylos order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can monitor your package’s journey directly on our website or the courier’s portal.

4. International Shipping (Customs, Duties, and Taxes)

Hylos Wellness ships worldwide. However, please be aware of the following:

  • Hylos Wellness is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  • If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, the original shipping cost and any return fees will be deducted from your refund.

5. Damages & Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging our Light Therapy Caps to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

  • Damaged Items: If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team immediately at info@hyloswellness.com with photos of the damage.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information states "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with your local post office and contact us within 7 days.

6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We aim to process orders quickly, so there is a very small window to correct an address. If you notice a mistake, please email us immediately.
